Comment: FD III.1 557: The man was a xystarches dia biou (l. 2), active as puktes and in the pankration. He won 67 victories (l. 10), of which, it seems, a number has been written down from l. 10. Lower part of the inscription seems to be lost. Was honored with honorary citizenship in a number of places and seems to have been awarded honorary citizenship in Ephesos (and in another place, name not preserved, l. 7) twice. -CT
