Comment: Pausanias only records Xenarches' victory took place after the Persian invasions. According to Moretti, there is no space for a tethrippon-victory in the 5th c BC in his list of victors, he proposes the 98th Olympiad the first possible Olympiad after the Persian invasion. We may stretch the possible date range to the end of the 4th century BC. The name of the father is uncertain as the text is corrupted. Xenarches also won at the Pythia, Nemea and Isthmia.
