Comment: Eupolemos won the stadion (foot race) at Olympia in the 96th Olympiad, that is, 396 BC , as well as obtaining two victories in the ????????? at the Pythia and one victory (presumably again in the ?????????) at the Nemea . If the statue at Olympia was erected immediately, or at least soon, after Eupolemos' Olympic victory, then his other victories date perhaps up to seven or eight years before, giving a possible range of ca 403 and ca 397 BC for the Nemean victory.
