Mentioned in Pindar's 9th Olympian Ode to Epharmastos, lines 83-5, as having won a victory on the same day as Epharmastos at the Isthmia; this is the reason for Farrington (2012), no. 1.36 and p. 112 note 243 to give them the same general dating. Not much is known else - Farrington gives him the same discipline and origin as Epharmastos but this is not actually in the text, nor does it make sense considering they won on the same day: they cannot both have the gold medal for wrestling. The scholiast says they are relatives and may also be the source for the supposed origin of Lampromachos - I have not seen the scholia. - PK
