Dating based upon Farrington (2012), 138 note 420, based upon the source I.Magnesia 149.b mentioning the quinquennial 'koinon Kappadokias' - Cappadocia became a province in 17 A.D., and the athlete won there thrice. The inscription does not mention the Capitolia at all, which gives a terminum ante quem of 90 A.D. There are some other reasons that can be adduced, for which I refer to Farrington.
