Place name is not mentioned, but as the place name is added for less famous festivals, it likely concerns the Soteria in Delphi. Interstingly, further down the victory list, the Soteria appear again, and that time with the phrase 'those in Delphi'.
It is possible that this Soteria-victory served as a replacement for a victory at the Pythia, as the Athenian victor list of Menodoros pieced together by Dow and Oliver (1935) has 'Pythia in Delphi' instead of 'Soteria in Delphi' at the exact same point of the inscription. In case the athlete did win at both games, the both festivals have a separate event-entry.
