| Comment: | IvO 182 records the victory of Thrasonides. According to Moretti (1957), no. 585 the epigraphic characteristics are similar to the victory-inscription of Paianios (see ID 1092 in this database), hence a similar date (222-212 BC). IvO 182 suggests mid-3rd century BC; we therefore opt for the second half of the 3rd century BC. [DvdL] |
