| Comment: | Pausanias records that Philippos was an 'Azanian' from Pellana. His statue was the work of Myron of Athens. Myron was active as sculptor around the mid-5th century BC (see entry nos. 210, 237). Some believe that this Philippos is also mentioned in IvO 174, but Moretti argues against this identification.
