| Comment: | The statue of Neolaidas was made by Alypos of Sikyon, pupil of Naucydes of Argos. Hence the date range of 420 to 380 BC (see also entry nos. 276, 285, 296). Moretti 1957, no. 380 suggests the 97th Olympiad (= 392 BC). (Moretti refers to Paus. 6.1.13; instead it should be 6.1.3). |
