| Comment: | The statue of Hysmon was made by Kleon of Sikyon. He also made the images of Zeus in 388 BC (entry no. 309) giving an approximate date for Hysmon's victory. Hysmon had practised pentathlon since he was a boy for health reasons. He also won at the Nemea, but like other Eleians avoided the Isthmia. |
